The project is part of the 145 acre Reagan Educational Center and occupies 10 acres. The agricultural buildings and related academic classrooms are clustered directly across from the schools in the Education Center maintaining easy access. The circular vehicle traffic flow provides access to all agricultural buildings and creates a central core area. The academic core area consists of science labs, ag labs, department office and standard classrooms with distant learning capabilities. Orchards & pastures offer a buffer around the ag buildings.
