Sierra Kings District Hospital

With the increase in births, Sierra Kings District Hospital wanted to offer expanded services to Reedley and other rural areas.  The stand alone facility, built in conjunction with a women's center, is located on the Kings District Hospital Campus.  The project was designed with 3 user groups in mind, patient, family and staff.  The 4 LDRP rooms provide a welcoming and supportive environment as well as address the technical demands of the birthing process.  The project also includes 8 postpartum rooms, 2 operating rooms, nursery, support areas and a conference/training room.
