This collegiate softball stadium at California State University, Fresno, includes 1,688 arm-chair style seats, about 388 of which are box seats. Increased chair widths, increased chair spacing, and extensive sight line studies ensure that every seat in the house is a good seat. Raising the general seating area and locating a vomitory at every aisle minimizes visual obstruction from pedestrian movement within the stadium. A seven foot wide cross aisle behind the box seat section, and below the sight line of the general seating area allows unobtrusive circulation around the stadium and provides seating space for the physically handicapped. |
