Located at California State University of Fresno, the Center offers support to the Fresno business community by providing it with educational facilities.  It includes a large lecture auditorium, two executive lecture rooms, a conference-classroom-exhibit room which is divisible into smaller rooms, a foyer, and an outdoor garden.  The different sections of the building are linked by a north/south horizontal circulation spine.  The circulation spine is expressed visually as a brick archway passing through the core of the building.  Stairways and elevators express the vertical circulation.
