Western States Administrators, an insurance administration firm, experienced rapid growth which led to departments located in several different buildings.  To eliminate the inefficiencies of a fragmented operation and the problems in finding additional expansion space, the company elected to build its own building.  For economy and speed of construction, the building is designed with a standard repetitive structural bay.
